How much does a membership cost?
We offer several membership options: Unlimited Open Play ($95/month) for unlimited access to ALL sessions, Non-Peak Unlimited ($50/month) for weekday daytime play, Couples Membership ($145/month) for two people, and Early Risers - Late Nighters ($70/month) for weekend mornings and weeknights. All include priority reservations and exclusive member events.
Is there a contract or commitment period?
No long-term contracts! Our memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. We want you to stay because you love playing here, not because you're locked in.
What's included in the unlimited membership?
Unlimited access to ALL open play sessions throughout the month, no additional drop-in fees, reserve up to 10 days in advance (vs 7 days for non-members), cancel reservations up to 24 hours in advance without penalty, priority access to courts, and invitations to exclusive member events and tournaments.
What's the difference between the membership options?
The Full Unlimited ($95/mo) gives you access to ALL open play sessions anytime. Non-Peak Unlimited ($50/mo) is for weekday daytime play only (Mon-Fri until 4pm). Couples Membership ($145/mo) is for two people with full access. Early Risers - Late Nighters ($70/mo) gives you access to weekend mornings (7-9am) and one weeknight session (8-10pm) per week.
Do members get priority for court reservations?
Absolutely! Members can reserve spots up to 10 days in advance, while non-members can only book 7 days ahead. During peak times, this advantage really matters for securing your preferred time slots.
Can I bring guests with my membership?
Guests can attend open play by paying the standard drop-in rate. Members enjoy priority access and advance booking privileges, making it easy to secure spots for you and your friends during popular time slots.
Is the membership per person or per family?
Most memberships are per individual player. However, our Couples Membership ($145/mo) covers two people with unlimited access. This is a great value at $72.50 per person compared to $95 for individual memberships!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes! You can change your membership level at any time. Just log into your account on CourtReserve or contact us at the front desk. Changes typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I sign up?
Visit our membership page at https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Memberships/Public/9721 to view all options and sign up online. You can also stop by the front desk or email us at contact@picklexmn.com for assistance. You can start playing immediately after signing up!
What if I need to pause my membership temporarily?
We understand life happens! You can put your membership on hold for up to 2 months per year for medical reasons, travel, or other circumstances. Contact us to discuss your situation.
