Host Your Event at PickleX

We host all types of private events including birthday parties, corporate team building, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, school groups, holiday parties, fundraisers, and tournaments. If you can imagine it, we can probably host it!

Our 3 event rooms can accommodate different group sizes. The smallest room fits 15-20 people, our medium room handles 30-40, and our largest space can host 60+ guests. We can also combine spaces for larger events or open up courts for even bigger groups.

We have partnerships with several local caterers and can help coordinate food and beverages for your event. You're also welcome to bring your own food or use your preferred caterer. We provide tables, chairs, and basic setup in our event spaces.

Yes! All paddles and balls are included in your event rental. We have equipment for all ages and skill levels. Our staff will help explain the rules and basics to newcomers if needed.

Absolutely! Most events include private court time. You can reserve anywhere from 1 to all 7 courts depending on your group size and activities. Court time can be structured (tournament/instruction) or casual (open play for your group).

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. However, we can often accommodate last-minute events with 1-2 weeks notice depending on availability. Contact us as soon as you know your date!

Event packages include room rental, tables and chairs setup, all pickleball equipment (paddles and balls), court time, basic decorations setup, and staff supervision. We can customize packages to include coaching, catering coordination, or extended play time.

Yes! We love hosting mini-tournaments. Our staff can help organize brackets, keep score, and run a professional tournament experience for corporate events, fundraisers, or competitive groups. We provide prizes and awards too!

Absolutely! Pickleball is perfect for ages 8 and up. We'll teach the kids the basics, organize fun games and challenges, and make sure everyone has a great time. Parents love it because kids are active and engaged the whole time.

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you'll receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations 15-30 days out receive 50% refund. Within 15 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future date.

Yes! Our corporate team building packages include structured activities, mini-tournaments, skills challenges, and facilitated sessions that promote teamwork and communication. It's a fun alternative to typical office events.
