Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our clinics and coaching

Do I need my own paddle?
No! Equipment rental is included in all beginner clinics. We recommend trying different paddles before purchasing your own.
How do I know my skill level?
If you're unsure, start with a beginner clinic. Our coaches will assess your level and recommend appropriate next steps.
What's the cancellation policy?
For cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled time, we will not be able to offer any refunds. This includes anytime you need to reschedule less than 12 hours to your scheduled time. NO EXCEPTIONS. For cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, we will offer a credit that can be applied to future bookings. If you cancel, you will need to wait approximately 5-10 minutes for the credit to be available in your court reserve account. After the credit is available, then you are able to book any future reservation and the credit will be automatically applied. This includes any program or lesson that is cancelled due to not enough registrants. We hope that you understand the rationale behind our cancellation policy and that you will take the necessary steps to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Credits will expire after 12 months of no activity on the court reserve account.
Can I book a private lesson for my group?
Absolutely! Contact us to schedule private or semi-private coaching sessions for groups of any size.
